Prif ddyletswyddau’r Cydlynydd Dysgu Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol fydd:

Perfformio rôl strategol allweddol mewn datblygu gwaith cymdeithasol yng Nghonwy.

Cymryd cyfrifoldeb arweiniol dros ddatblygu a chydlynu cyfleoedd dysgu ymarfer myfyrwyr gwaith cymdeithasol.

Cefnogi gweithwyr cymdeithasol newydd gymhwyso drwy’r Tair Blynedd Gyntaf mewn Ymarfer, gan gynnwys rhaglen Cydgrynhoi Addysg a Dysgu Proffesiynol Parhaus (CPEL).

Cymryd cyfrifoldeb arweiniol dros sicrhau bod gan wasanaeth Gofal Cymdeithasol ac Addysg Conwy ddigon o Addysgwyr Ymarfer.

Cymryd rhan allweddol o ran Darparu a Chynllunio’r Gweithlu Gwaith Cymdeithasol.

Cynhelir y cyfweliadau ar 6 a 7 Mehefin 2024

Work base: Coed Pella

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Social Work Practice Learning Coordinator based in the Workforce Service. Applicants must be qualified Social Workers (CQSW, DipSW, Degree in Social Work), and be a Registered Social Worker and hold a further qualification in practice assessing/teaching.

The key role of the Social Work Practice Learning Coordinator will be:

To perform a key strategic role in social work development in Conwy.

To take lead responsibility for developing and coordinating social work students practice learning opportunities.

Supporting newly qualified social workers through the First Three Years in Practice including CPEL Consolidation programme.

Take lead responsibility in ensuring Conwy Social Care & Education has sufficient Practice Educators.

Key involvement in Social Work Workforce Planning & Delivery

Interviews will be taking place over the 6th & 7th June 2024.
