This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join in the future development of a primary school working with Teaching Personnel based in West Sussex, with high standards of behaviour and achievement.
We are seeking to appoint keen and committed Learning Support Assistants/INA's to support children, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially. The full time role will be in EYFS/KS1 initially, with a likelihood that there will be an extension for the right candidate. Recruiting now for September!

The successful applicant:
• Will understand how children learn
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative
• Have excellent literacy, numeracy & communication skills
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including autism and speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
