Do you want to learn a skilled trade?
Want a 4-day working week?
Our client is seeking a PRODUCTION OPERATIVES to join their team initially on a temporary basis to become permanent for the right candidate after a trainig period.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be confident in reading and understanding written Instruction sheets.
Working as part of a teeam you will be undergo a training programme to become a skilled laminator, learning the following key skills:
• Preparing moulds.
• Gelcoat application and repairs
• Mixing resins
• A variety of laminating processes including Wet-lay, Prepreg and Vacuum Infusion.
• Identify laminating defects.

• Confirmation that you will pass a DBS check
• Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
