What’s the Job?
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join the Commercial Team to be responsible for the delivery of work based learning qualifications (SVQs) and Modern Apprenticeships (MAs) within the Adult Health and Social Care sector on a full time basis for a fixed term of 18 months.
The Commercial Development and Delivery Team are responsible for delivering certificated and bespoke professional courses, SVQs, MAs and Open Learning courses, in a College that aims to be one step ahead.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Assessor and Verifier to join the team as Team Leader, to be successful you will require a background working within this sector and experience of delivering SVQs and MAs is essential. Experience of managing and supporting a team is important and an understanding of SQA Quality requirements.
You and your team will provide a high value and professional service. While representing the College, you will offer high quality customer service in all you do.

We are looking for a professional and creative team leader, an individual who understands commercial development and delivery, the importance of providing a high quality, professional service and the value of supporting and development of their team.

To succeed in the role, you will have some or all of the following:
• Qualifications or skills and experience at SCQF Level 7 (e.g. Degree, Graduate
Diploma/ HNC/ HC)
• Experience of working as an Assessor and Verifier is essential.
• Experience of working within the sector is essential.
• Experience of leading a team is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to support your learners
and work within the delivery team.
• Strong organisational skills to plan your delivery
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT Skills, experience using MS Office suite is required to be able to use College systems
• Home working/ Agile/ Flex/ Hybrid Working will be considered
