Summary

Position Available: Registered Manager at Liaise in Cromer

This allows us to support individuals with complex behaviors, enabling them to lead active and fulfilled lives while achieving their personal goals. Our personalized support caters to a variety of needs, including severe and moderate learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and more.

Key Duties:


Formulating comprehensive support plans
Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other reports
Engaging directly with individuals and families for assessments and support
Managing day-to-day operations, finances, and administration
Working within set budgets and maintaining records


Candidate Requirements:


Clear enhanced DBS record
Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
Health & Social Care degree and/or management qualification within healthcare or equivalent
Knowledge of CQC and current legislations
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
