Summary
My client is looking for an experienced Multi Site Store Manager to oversee two stores in West Sussex and Haywards Heath.
The successful candidate will be required to have at least 1 years' experience in retail management with an excellent business acumen.
You will be working 38 hours a week, 5 days a week including Saturdays. During the peak season, you will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays on a team rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the management of 2 stores
Driving sales and customer service
Training and development of staff
Inventory management
Retail operations
Assisting with merchandising and window displays
Key Attributes
At least 1 years' retail management experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Proven stakeholder management
Training and development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proven track record of driving sales
The ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Excellent business acumen
