We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Newark Services for 37.5 Hours per week.

Mencap delivers high quality personalised support to people with a learning disability and their families. Leading dedicated teams of Support Workers, you will be an energetic confident Service Manager.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the people management and development across the service teams. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving. As our lead contact in the area and you will be self-motivated and determined, you should have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.

As a Service Manager, you will benefit from experience in Learning Disabilities and Positive Behaviour Management, as you will be managing service/s in supported living settings.

Your working week is flexible covering 7 days per week, will include working weekends and on call. Flexibility is the key for both the individual and Mencap.
