Summary
We are looking for a Lead Dispenser to provide leadership and direction to our dispensary team ensuring the delivery of a safe, efficient and patient-focused dispensing service. Focus will be on patient relationships, staff management, quality and safety. This role will complement the role of our existing 'medicines optimisation' role which is focussed on cost effective prescribing and financial management of the dispensary. This role would be ideal for a qualified dispenser who is looking to take a first step into a leadership role.
