Summary
To process client enquiries and support the referrer through the referral process as appropriate To assess potential client's once referral is processed and complete detailed pre-admission reports as per the admissions pathway To be the key point of contact when managing any referrals To maintain oversight for named clients throughout their rehabilitation journey at STEPS To provide advice around funding options for clients rehabilitation To support business development and reputation, for example, through providing informative tours of STEPS and having a detailed knowledge of the service at STEPS to provide a clear picture and be able to answer questions raised To actively contribute to service development, including attendance at relevant meetings and actively contributing to in-house training sessions
