Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing efficient warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy. Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and shipping of products.
Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals and KPIs.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments, including customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Implement technology solutions to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Follow health and safety rules and regulations.
Drive department growth through regular performance updates.
Communicate all relevant information regularly to management, the team, including daily targets, goals and previous performance results.
Suggest ideas to improve processes, productivities.
Keep the workplace clean and tidy; this includes but is not limited to keeping the walkways clear, emptying bins at the end of each day, clean work areas and stations, swept floors etc.
Ensure a compliant warehouse environment, enforcing company standards, policies and procedures.
Managing, training and coaching team members to ensure they are fully equipped to fulfil their tasks and provide ongoing support and training.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
What’s On Offer:
Salary band £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
Holiday entitlement is 32 days per annum inclusive of all public holidays.
