The Role - Lead, Manage, and Make a Difference:

Senior Care Assistant Wanted! Join us in leading, managing, and supporting a dedicated care team, ensuring a high quality of care and service for all residents at all times. Your role is pivotal in delivering relationship-centred care, clinical care, and dementia care.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Clinical Care Manager, and Care Manager for continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care.
Lead, manage, and support the care team to reach their potential through supervision, appraisal, and performance management.
Ensure each resident receives the desired and suitable meal or diet.
Assist with resident admissions and discharges, including listing property/clothing.
Contribute to activities promoting relationship-centred care.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a care position.
