Summary


CapitalNurse, in partnership with key London NHS Trusts, are seeking to recruit internationally educated nurses who are resident in the UK with the right to remain to seek work, to join the London NHS workforce. We are looking to recruit experienced and motivated individuals to join our nursing teams to deliver high standards of care to our patients. You will need to demonstrate relevant clinical experience working in either adult or mental health services and we will support you to achieve the correct part of the register to ensure your career goals:
• Adult nursing – 1-year relevant clinical experience in the last three years
• Mental health nursing - 1-year relevant clinical experience in the last three years.

Essential Criteria
• Resident in the UK.
• Have a minimum of 12 months relevant clinical experience working as a registered nurse in a clinical setting within the last three years.
• Hold a valid IELTS or OET English language qualification that meets either of the following minimum standards. If your application is successful, you will be contacted for evidence of your English language qualification. • IELTS - At least 7 for reading, listening, and speaking, and at least 6.5 for writing.
• OET - At least grade B (350 or above) for reading, listening, and
speaking, and at least grade C+ (300 or above) for writing

Desirable Criteria
• Completed NMC eligibility application
• Completed NMC adult / mental health CBT
• Candidate uploaded IELTS/OET certificates

The post holder has responsibility for the provision of competent professional
nursing care, to meet with individual needs of the designated patient population. The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of such care to a specific group of patients and take charge of the ward / department on a regular basis. The post holder will organise own time and that of junior staff, delegating to junior staff and learners, and participating in teaching and education programme for staff and patients.

This offer provides full support to train and take your OSCE exam required to allow you to join the NMC nursing register but does not offer additional support for candidates who need to relocate. Successful candidates will be appointed as a band 4 whilst preparing to take the NMC Test of Competency (OSCE). On successfully passing the NMC OSCE and joining the NMC register, you will progress to a band 5 registered nurse. You will receive full financial funding to undertake and take the OSCE course and exam.

Successful candidates will be deployed to one of the following London NHS Trusts - please indicate on your application form which trust you would like to be considered for:

• Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
• Imperial College Health Care Trust
• London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

Successful candidates will be invited for interview 23rd May 2024. A key part of the interview process will be to attend one of the information webinar scheduled to be held on 16th, 17th or 20th May 2024, you will be sent a link to attend. It is essential that you attend this webinar in order to progress to interview on the day.
