Summary
About the role:
To work as part of the team maintaining the roadworthiness of the authorities vehicle and plant fleet.
Our fleet team are the first authority in Wales to achieve DVSA Earned Recognition status, and only the 3rd in the UK
About you:
Relevant work experience - minimum NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle repair
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and technical knowledge
Adaptability
Ideally hold a HGV driving licence
IT and diagnostic Knowledge is a bonus
What you will do:
Service, maintain and repair the authorities fleet of vehicles and plant.
Under take PMI's at the scheduled intervals
Prepare vehicles for MOT
On-site breakdowns and repair
Be part of an on call rota during from October - May
