As the Global Insights Manager, you'll spearhead our market intelligence business, ensuring operational profitability, reputation enhancement, and mission alignment.
‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Market Intelligence team globally, driving quality research to expand market intelligence portfolio and increase profitability
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve commercial and financial targets, aligning with overall strategic goals
• Manage budgetary responsibilities (P&L) for Market Intelligence, including international operations
• Streamline internal processes to optimise team performance and collaboration
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and uphold industry standards for research excellence
• Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences worldwide, with occasional international travel
‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Skills:
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Proficiency in financial analysis and communication
• Extensive knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
• Proficiency in PC Software and applications
• Understanding of the construction and HVAC industry preferred
