Summary
Our Co-op is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Secure Response team as a Response Desk Coordinator. In this central role, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to our Secure Response function. You'll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, while contributing to our vision of becoming the best security provider in the East of England.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Response Desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and manage lone worker actions and systems.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports, keeping everyone informed.
- Manage Secure Response invoicing, guaranteeing accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date and effective escalation processes for internal and external issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal colleagues and external clients.

Additional Information
This role requires a Security Industry Authority (SIA) CCTV Licence. While desirable on application, we're happy to provide training and support to obtain the necessary license. The working pattern is flexible, with hours spread across days and evenings to meet business needs.
