Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager for Residential Care Home
Location: Chertsey, Surrey
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Are you a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager seeking a rewarding opportunity? I am currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join a team at a medium-sized residential care home located near Chertsey in Surrey.

Role Overview:
As the Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities, providing exceptional care to the residents. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Home Manager in the efficient management of the care home.
Supervising and supporting care staff, ensuring quality care delivery.
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Managing administrative tasks, including care plans and assessments.
Providing hands-on care and support to residents when necessary.
Utilising your expertise in dementia care to enhance the quality of life for residents with dementia.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Deputy Home Manager within a residential care setting.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.

Salary and Benefits:
