Summary
We are looking for exceptional communicators to join our successful, growing team.
Blue Donkey is a marketing business that intelligently uses the telephone to promote clients' products and services to other companies. We make business-to-business research, telemarketing (appointment setting), and data-cleaning calls on behalf of some of the country's most important business brands.

We’re currently recruiting, and family-friendly hours are available. We operate Monday through Friday, with potential evening hours for flexible hours or overtime.
The salary is £26,000 per annum for full-time employees working 8.50 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 7.50 am to 4 pm Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break daily (salary is pro-rata for part-time hours). Additionally, a monthly bonus is also offered.
Interviews will be held via 'Teams'. Following a successful induction and probationary period in our offices in Soham, applicants will be set up to work from home if they’d like to.
Applicants must be able to commute to our office in Soham, Ely, for this role. After a qualifying period, we can facilitate blended/hybrid working, partly from the office and partly from home. However, team members must always be able to come into the office as required. A laptop is provided to facilitate home working.
