Summary

Operations Compliance Manager
Travel required to local sites
Up to £45,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

As an Operations Compliance Manager you will work directly with the P&SCO Manager to support the fulfilment of Business requirements across the Retail Operations for Cinch. The role will play a key part in the delivery of continuous improvement through the development of compliance strategies and leadership collaboration to support Business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


Propose initiatives addressing business concerns to deploy in agreement with Site Managers
Manage and maintain staff onboarding with periodic follow-ups to ensure effectiveness
Conduct audits on key processes, communicate results and monitor rectification actions
Manage data and records where applicable
Develop and agree monthly reporting pack
Support the P&SCO Manager on supplier quality and performance audits
Work closely with multiple departments across the business


Key Skills


Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in a compliance related role
Experience engaging with production technicians and staff
Problem-solver with ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric mind set with a desire to challenge and continually improve processes
Adaptive communication skills, able to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders
