Job Description
We are a home-care provider which accommodates both adults under and over 65 years. We are a progressive company who specialise in providing care and support for people with complex needs, inclusive of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, substance misuse, dementia and sensory impairments. We continuously take on new packages of care, so therefore have the need to grow our care team.
We are currently searching for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join our expanding care team. The perfect candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care to the service users in our care. They will be dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable adults to the best of their ability and will want to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Are aim is to provide care and support to clients who wish to remain in their own home and require support for reasons such as, illness, accident, injury, mental health needs and learning disabilities.
As a Complex Needs Support Worker your responsibilities will include:-
Enabling a client within the community
Assisting with medication and personal care if required
Supporting our client with their daily activities and to achieve their personal life goals
This position requires candidates to hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. Due to insurance purposes we are unable to progress applicants with an international driving licence.
Job Type:- Full Time - 36 hours per week contract 3 x 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week contract 3 x 13 hour shifts 8am-9pm
Salary: £10.80- £11.33 per hour
