Summary
My Top 100 Main Contractor client is looking for an experienced site manager for an Internals role on a High Value, High Rise project.
The Role
Oversee all aspects of new build projects and high-rise apartments, from inception to completion.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
