Summary

Lottie's Nurseries are looking for a Level 2/3 qualified practitioner to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team at our Sidcup branch. We are looking to hire someone who shares our passion for offering an outstanding, diverse and unique curriculum, involving a wide range of experiences and high quality care. We need someone to join our already thriving team who has the drive and innovation to succeed.

Qualities required:

reliability
enthusiasm & motivation
good verbal and written English skills
strong team player
the ability to work under their own initiative
strong working knowledge of the EYFS, Statutory framework, and the OFSTED inspection criteria
Qualifications and skills required:

Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education or equilivent
Minimum 1 year of childcare experience within a nursery setting
good organisational skills
Desirable skills or qualifications:

12 hour Paediatric first aid
Safeguarding training
Yours roles and responsibilities will include:

Working together with your team to ensure a safe and secure environment, whilst providing a variety of experiences that support each individuals learning and development
working as a key person to a group of children
liaising with fellow team members and families to ensure consistency in care
observing children and planning for their individual needs
engaging in staff meetings and training sessions
