Summary
Caring, compassionate and thoughtful? Great, we want to hear from you!
The Royal Oldham Care Organisation is looking for patient focused support staff to join ward F5/F6 The Surgical Triage Unit
As a team of dedicated health care professionals, F5/F6 are proud to announce their recent success in September 2022 , in achieving a GREEN assessment in the Nursing Accreditation and Assessment System (NAAS).
On Ward F5/F6 we pride ourselves in giving excellent patient care and maintaining high standards of care to all of our patients. We work effectively as a high functioning team and communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the MDT.
If you are wanting to work in a fast paced, welcoming and compassionate environment then this is the ward for you.
The Healthcare Assistant role is key in ensuring that our nursing teams are supported to deliver consistent, high quality, patient centred care.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.
Your care for other people and your willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care to patients and relatives will ensure your success in the role. Friendly and approachable in your style, you’ll be someone who can communicate well, be able to organise your workload accordingly and be a reliable point of support for patients, relatives and your colleagues.
This is a real opportunity for dedicated and caring people who really want to make a difference to patient experience. Should you wish to apply for this post don’t wait too long as we may have to close the vacancy early and we really wouldn’t want you to miss out.
All positions offered and appointed are in full recognition and acceptance of these requirements.
