We are looking for a PA for a 28 year old adult who has Down Syndrome. She is living in an independent setting within the family home in near Norwich , Norfolk. £15 an hour employed through direct paymentsThe role is to help increase her independent living within her community. She does need strong boundaries but has a good sense of humour and generally a sunny disposition. Help with meal preparation , baking, housework, shopping, and an ability to understand when to help and when to stand back, whilst keeping her safe at all times.The successful applicant needs to be pet friendly, as there are dogs and a cat in the house, andhave use of their own car with business insurance ( mileage for trips will be paid) As some personal care is involved applicants should be female. 4 hours minimum preferable at the weekend but some flexibility as could be a Tuesday if preferred and some overnights
