Summary


We Are TransUnion:
TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.We are looking for an experienced Identity and Fraud Solutions Consultant to join our growing UK Team to support and enable the sale of TransUnion’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

Day to day you will be responsible for:
Identity and fraud expertise: Be an internal and external facing subject matter expert on the features, benefits, and applications of the identity verification and fraud prevention solutions we offer.

Retention & growth of existing client base: Responsible for retaining and growing existing ID & Fraud clients, ensuring they are getting optimal value from existing deployments of our Iden-tity and Fraud solutions and exploring new components where relevant

Lead & deliver consultancy: Helping clients understand and maximise value from our solutions with the delivery of high-quality end-to-end consultancy.

Thought leadership & insights: Combining knowledge of market trends and challenges with data led insights to generate thought leadership and insights for client engagements.

Industry knowledge: You will stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to our customers.

Customer engagement: Engaging with our customers to understand their needs, identify their pain points, and determine how TransUnion’s ID and Fraud solutions can address their specific requirements.

Market analysis: You will monitor and keep up to date with the latest market trends, competi-tor activities, and customer feedback.

Enablement: Creation of written content for tender responses and proposal submissions.

Product: Identifying ID & Fraud product enhancements and new product ideas. Working with Product Management to establish relevance/priority within product roadmaps.


Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Experience and understanding of some of the sectors worked with by TransUnion

Strong experience within technical sales / account management / sales / pre-sales.

Persuasive communication skills

Analytical skills: Specialists should be capable of analysing sales data, market trends, and customer insights

Demonstratable ability to present confidently to customers.

Knowledge/Expertise/Experience supporting/selling any of the following areas: Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, Fraud Software, but not limited to.

Ability to influence and pro-actively take ownership of tasks and work on own initiative is necessary.

Ability to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities.

The ability to think strategically and develop retention strategies.

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
