Your role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Encouraging and empowering individuals to actively engage in daily activities and pursue their interests.

- Assisting with daily living skills, medication administration, meal planning, and personal care.

- Providing companionship and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals.

- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each person.

- Contributing to meetings, working towards gaining qualifications, attending training courses, and continuously learning and growing as a professional support worker.

Requirements:

- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and ways of working.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in a support setting is desirable but not essential.
