The role
As a Senior Senior Electrical and Electronic Engineer you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Managing the delivery of engineering and technical activities, through the application of process, electrical and electronic engineering knowledge, and experience. This role is directly accountable for designs, developments and determines solutions to problems and issues within a specialist subject area.

Day to day, you'll work on a range of engineering problems involving high levels of complexity & uncertainty. Providing help and direction to less experienced team members to support both their effective working, and their development.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Senior Electrical & Electronic Engineer:

  • Experience working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams to deliver activities on a range of project types.
  • Demonstrable experience in covering a variety of tasks across a range of complexities.
  • Good communications skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines.
  • Experience with ATEX and equipment used in Hazardous Areas (desirable)

Qualifications for the Senior Electrical & Electronic Engineer:

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
