Working for one of the largest professional services firms in the world. This role is an exciting step for someone who would like to progress their career and work on more complex tax. You will work with owned businesses, wealthy individuals and families across their company tax affairs in the UK and across the globe.


Your new role


They will be responsible for the delivery of tax advisory services, which include managing all aspects of the client relationship with privately or family owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners on a broad range of complex matters. Their projects will be varied and wide ranging, so prior experience is essential. You will receive full support from their team of Partners and Directors and from internal technical specialists based in the region and nationally.


  • A key role in a growing team, working closely with experienced Private Business Partners, Directors and Senior Managers and having responsibility to develop new client relationships identifying and pursuing new opportunities from within your market.
  • Responsibility for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned or family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
  • Developing market leading relationships with both their interesting clients (including many well-known brands) and internal stakeholders, collaborating across the firm when developing client relationships or delivering complex projects.
  • Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas), staying current with technical developments including changes in tax law and legislation.
  • Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues, including delivering sessions at client / knowledge events.
  • Supervising, coaching and providing regular feedback to more junior staff members



What you'll need to succeed


  • Significant and varied tax experience of advising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, families and their businesses and private equity backed portfolio companies on managing their company tax affairs
  • CTA qualification
