Aftersales Manager
£80,000 OTE - Milton Keynes
Basic Salary - £46,500-£80,000pa DOE + Company Car
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 08:00am - 1800pm & Saturday Mornings 1 in 4 end of month
Location - Essex
Opportunity for a process driven and proactive commercial Aftersales Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.
you will be at the helm of the Workshop & Prep Centre with10 ramps and an MOT Lane.
Responsibilities of a Commercial Aftersales Manager
·Too manage multiple departments including Service, Parts and Workshop.
·Coordinating an organised and cost-effective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles.
·Ensure all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.
·Work to maximise performance and overcome challenges
·Maximise profitability for the department
Skills and Qualifications of an Commercial Aftersales Manager
·Must have previous experience as an Aftersales Manager
·Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
·Commercial Vehicle Experience
·The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
