Summary


Kent Community Health Foundation Trust are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and capable Executive Assistant to provide support to the Executive Director for Health Inequalities and Prevention.

You will provide high level business support at all times and be the first point of contact for directorate events co-ordination, diary management,
work scheduling and other administrative duties.

You will be required to undertake reporting and analysis of information and be required to communicate complex, sensitive information with a range of staff internally and externally. You will provide high quality professional and confidential project, service and administrative support.

Work on your own initiative with a sound understanding of the business of the organisation and directorate to manage workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed accordingly. It is the nature of this job that the range of demands will be varied and you will be expected to meet these in discussion with your line manager.
