Summary
The post holder will be working closely an excellent physiotherapist and consultant physiotherapy team with in the department covering various aspect of service from triaging to see and treat model. It would be expected that the appointee will undertake a minimum of 8.5 programmed activities for direct clinical care and 1.5 for supporting duties. Normally these are expected to be carried out on site, though this may be negotiable in respect of the supporting activities. The job plan is annualised and run over an twelve-week timetable. The table following are some of the specific clinical duties expected of the employee. The department workload and planning often requires a degree of personal flexibility. The final timetable will be agreed between the successful applicant and the Clinical Lead and Service Manager following appointment. Any further changes to the job plan must be for the betterment of the service and have the full support of the specialty division together with the Medical Director's agreement.
