Summary
Do you have experience of working in children's residential homes?
Would you like to progress your career into a Team Leader?
Due to an expansion of Children's Homes, we have opportunities available for existing Team Leaders or Support Workers who are looking for a next step.
The homes specialise in young persons who may have experienced or been victim to sexual trauma.
As a result, they will stay within the homes for a minimum of 12 months whilst they complete therapy programmes, learn about relationships and safety, alongside hobbies such as horse riding or holidays abroad!
As a Team Leader, you will participate in ensuring policies and procedures are put in place, support with rotas and cover, lead new starters and be a good role model for support workers and newbies!
Ideally, you will hold on NVQ Level 3 in Children's residential or similar.
If you don't have this, but experience of management, then you will have the opportunity to gain this alongside your work.

What do we need from you?
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience within Children's Residential care or similar
