Summary
Job Title: Contracts Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £54,051.57 (£59,741.2 is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid
Location: Speke, Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Contracts Manager
You will be required to support the Senior Contracts Manager in the procurement, mobilisation and contract management. You will also be leading a team of competent people to ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, consumer regulations and our riverside and customer standards.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Professional qualification in building safety/ Compliance, environmental services, or Asset Management i.e. (Lv4 diploma Asset Compliance) or HNC in Building/construction/asset management or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management / Building Safety function.
- Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.
