Job Description: As a Food Technology Teacher in our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school located in the heart of Birmingham, you'll have the chance to ignite a love for food and cooking in students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and accessible food technology lessons that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can develop their culinary skills with confidence.
• Incorporating elements of nutrition and food hygiene into lessons, promoting healthy eating habits and practical life skills.
• Utilizing adaptive teaching strategies and resources to support students with varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals to develop personalized learning plans for students with complex needs.
