Job Duties: As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for:

-Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes to the highest standards, including classics such as full English breakfast, eggs benedict, and pancakes.
-Ensuring all breakfast items are cooked and presented according to our recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
-Collaborating with the kitchen team to manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
-Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the breakfast kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
-Assisting with menu development and contributing creative ideas to enhance the breakfast offerings and delight our guests.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working as a Chef in a breakfast or brunch-focused kitchen environment.
-Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
-Understanding of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized kitchen workspace.
