Summary

Temporary Admin Data Entry Assistant - Maidstone (£11.44 per hour)


Are you a meticulous and organised individual with a strong eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect temporary role for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Admin Data Entry Assistant to join our client in Maidstone for a period of up to 6 weeks (duration subject to change).

What you'll do:

  • Process invoices manually within our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry and photocopying.
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with colleagues across departments as needed.


What you'll bring:

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
  • A basic DBS check is required.
