Summary

Who we are:
We have 35 years’ experience providing stages and supporting structures to festivals, concerts, tours, sporting and corporate events. We are the trusted staging supplier to some of the biggest events in the business including Glastonbury Festival, Leeds and Reading Festivals. We also specialise in the design and installation of temporary and semi-permanent buildings for the film and TV industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for crew of all levels of experience, to join our team working across the UK on our film projects and festivals!

With continued growth across both film and festival work, we are looking for more people to join our crew teams. We are looking for team members who are dedicated and team focused, with the drive to join our dynamic team of professionals.

If so, we have positions available in Wells, Somerset, as well as at film studios and festivals across the UK.
The role:
• Build and break down of festival stages and structures – erecting stages and support structures, assisting with stock movements on site, breaking down stages and re-packing stock ready for next site.
• Helping to build sounds stages and workshops.
• Working mostly with steel components, t
• his is a very manual, hands-on role so previous experience in construction, festivals or general manual labour role is required.
• Work at height may be required so climbing skills and a head for heights are beneficial.
• Manual skillsets of carpentry, scaffolding and labouring are advantageous.
• Plant licenses such as telehandler and Boom are desirable, but again not essential.
• CSCS card may be required for construction work.

Who you are:
• You have a positive, pro-active attitude
• Have experience in construction
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Be good at working to deadlines with strong organisational skills
• It is essential that you are available to travel across the UK and Ireland, working away from home on a rota.
• It is essential you are flexible with working hours and are willing to work long hours (shifts are 12 hours) and weekends
• This is a seasonal role working May – September
