You will be part of the team undertaking teaching sessions to support workers as well as delivering clinical skills training sessions to a variety of healthcare professionals and undergraduate medical students. There will be an opportunity to support the widening participation and career experience programme.

Skills for Practice is a small but dynamic team, working in many different areas including career support, widening participation and clinical skills training. We provide training to undergraduate medical students as well as healthcare professionals who require enhanced skills training. We run induction and ongoing support for healthcare assistants across the organization.

You should have a broad range of clinical experience and a passion for the delivery of quality education. Confidence in clinical situations, performing clinical care and communicating with senior medical and nursing staff is essential.
You will need to demonstrate some experience in teaching within the clinical area.
Working hours can be flexible within core hours of 8 am - 4.30 pm.
