Job Title: - Community Nurse Trust Location:The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust Pay Rate: £15-£25 Per Hour About theTrust: The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of community and hospital services to over one million people across Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Salford, as well as providing more specialist care to patients across Greater Manchester and beyond. What you'll be responsible for: Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests. Recognising deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient and taking appropriate action / escalation. Recognising, responding to, and managing emergency situations. Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations. Recognising limitations and escalating concerns.
