Summary
What are we looking for Ability to engage and influence within teams Ability to develop services Ability to manage and optimise medicines to improve patient outcomes alongside the wider team Ability to engage patient and their families through the recovery process Coaching/management experience Independent Prescribing qualification is desirable.
