Summary
Formal audit and research programmes exist which between them cover many aspects of cardiology including electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, imaging, and heart muscle disease. The post holders would have the opportunity to contribute to projects of their choice. However, given the nature of the post participation in research projects in coronary intervention would be highly encouraged. Undertake appropriate training and practice to ensure you (and your teams) have the right skills and are competent. Are responsible for keeping the environment clutter free, clean and raising issues of concern in the interest of staff and patient safety.
