About the role
As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding level of education and standards and being responsible for promoting a caring learning environment that encourages our students to thrive and attain best possible outcomes.

This Vice Principal role will play a key role in supporting the Principal to drive Malcolm Arnold Academy forward to achieve our aim to transform the life chances of young people and be recognised as an outstanding Academy.

You will be an influential role model, setting a positive example for both our staff and pupils and proving motivation and inspiration for continuous improvement.

Are you the inspirational leader we are looking for?
You will have a proven success of bring a Vice Principal within a secondary educational setting with successful experience of implementing and managing a new whole school initiative.

Being a natural leader, you will have experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve high standards and outcomes for pupils.

Your strong record of professional development will mean you drive for continuous improvement and have an in depth an in depth knowledge of best practice in curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment for learning.
