Purpose of the role
The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for aiding the efficient day to day running of all administration in relation
to Government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
* Action weekly rotas across the business.
* Support travel arrangement for business projects.
* Support with various reporting requirements that meets the need of the account.
* Maintain administration and filing across multiple sites.
* Collating and inputting data ensuring the highest of accuracy.
* Work with Finance operations to resolve invoicing queries and payment issues through thorough investigation.
* Identify and escalate any potential financial loss issue within the business
* Deputise for Operations Support Manager
Experience/Skills Required
Essential:
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.
* Accountability to yourself and others
* Extremely organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well as part of a team whilst able to adhere to company deadlines.
* Problem-solving aptitude to address issues and find solutions collaboratively.
* Excellent Communication skills with a range of audiences across the organisation
* Ability to always promote Company values.
