Job specification
-Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
-Provide personal care to clients.
-Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
-Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
-Complete all necessary paperwork.
-Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
-Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.

Effective communication skills. 
-A positive and can-do attitude. 
-Experience in the care industry is preferable but not essential as full induction/training will be given to those new to the care sector. 
-A Driving Licence and the use of own car are required.
