Job Opportunity: Office Manager
About Us:
Holywell Cars is a busy taxi office, situated in the centre of Holywell high street. We are committed to provide prompt and reliable transportation to our customers.
Job Description:
As an office manager, you will be responsible of the running of the office, as well as, managing bookings and dispatching drivers.
Primary duties will include:
• Answering phone calls from customers
• Dispatching drivers
• Planning efficient routes
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintaining drivers records of journeys they have completed.
• Organising rotas for the weeks ahead
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with local geography
• Ability to remain calm when under pressure
• Multitasking abilities
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
