Job Title: Registered Manager

Brand New Service: Operating 24/7, 365 Days a Year.
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey.
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Bonus Scheme: Bonus payment(s) dependent on Ofsted rating.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in Ofsted Regulated Residential Children's Homes.
Current Enhanced DBS certificate.
Holds or is working towards QCF Level 5 Residential Childcare/Level 5 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce.
Working towards or in possession of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People's Services in the children and Young People’s residential management pathway.
Prior experience at a Registered Manager level within a children's residential home.
A valid full UK driving licence.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in managing an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ children’s home.
Strong multi-agency collaborative experience (e.g., with Social Services, NHS, Police, Education).

Role Description:
Directly lead and manage the development of services, including line management of staff within Our Children - Surrey.
Act as the operational lead for all safeguarding matters.
Provide training, supervision, and advice to support and develop the home.

Role model positive behaviours and values.
Have excellent communication and management skills.
