Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Assist in food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor
Experience:
-Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
