Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join our team as a CSW - Duty & Assessment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an efficient service to clients and their families, ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable individuals.

As a CSW - Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner, you will work closely with a variety of professionals to assess and manage the needs of children, young people, and their families. This will include conducting assessments, creating care plans, and making referrals to relevant support services. You will also be responsible for conducting home visits, attending meetings, and representing the organization at court hearings when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with substantial experience in duty and assessment. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies, and be able to apply them in a practical and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families in need
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each individual client
Provide direct support and intervention to children and families
Liaise with external agencies and professionals to coordinate appropriate services
Attend court hearings to provide evidence and advocate on behalf of clients
Monitor ongoing progress and re-assess client needs as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Valid social work license or registration
At least 5 years of experience in duty and assessment
Experience working with children, young people, and families
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
Excellent assessment and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines effectively
Knowledge of local resources and support services

Start Time : 09:00
End Time : 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £27.75
