What’s the Job?
We’re looking for a talented Numeracy Instructor to join the commercial Services Team on a timesheet contract. The role will be responsible for the delivering of SQA certificated courses and bespoke solutions designed to meet a particular need. Delivery will be either in-person or online, using MSTeams. All equipment required for delivery will be provided.

The Commercial Development and Delivery Team are responsible for delivering certificated and bespoke professional courses, SVQs, MAs and Open Learning courses, in a College that aims to be one step ahead.
Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an Instructor with the relevant credentials to deliver SQA Qualification including Numeracy SCQF Level 5 and Application of Maths SCQF Level 5. New courses or bespoke solutions may be developed in the future. Experience of delivering training desirable but not essential, training can be provided.

You will provide high value and professional training. While representing the College, you will offer high quality customer service in all you do.
We’re looking for a professional and creative team player, an individual who understands commercial course delivery, who knows how to get things done.
To succeed in the role, you will have some or all of the following:

• Relevant Qualifications at SCQF Level 7 is essential (e.g. Advanced Higher, HNC)
• Experience of delivering training courses is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills are required.
• Strong customer service, teamworking, relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using MS Office including Powerpoint, Word and MSTeams
• Flexible / Hybrid Working will be considered
