On behalf of a fabulous client, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Hospital Manager to oversee a small hospital that specializes in support for adults with a range of mental health needs that require rehabilitation.
This is an excellent role for a strong registered manager / hospital manager / hospital director looking for a new challenge or a strong deputy hospital manager / clinical lead / ward manager looking for progression.
This hospital has a full clinical team and multi-disciplinary team in place as well as senior management support with HR, business and recruitment.

The Mental Health Hospital Manager candidate:
- Must have a background in mental health
- Ideally have worked in a clinical setting
- Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
