Key Responsibilities:
In this Substance Misuse Practitioner role your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients face to face offering guidance , support and harm reduction care plans
- Provide safer injecting advice & urine screening in service
- Run a clinic / drop in centre once a week with a nurse prescriber
Skills and Experience
- Understanding substance misuse and the key components of addiction
- Experience within a similar role
- Driver & access to own vehicle
